We have the capacity
and skill to under take most fabrication engineering projects including
manufacturing pressure vessels up to 4.2M diameter and 20M long, Scraper
bridges can be manufactured up to 25M long.
We also manufacture other types of water and sewage treatment equipment i.e. Aeration equipment and Rotors. Other areas of work include mining, vacuum vessels, pipe work and structural steel work. Procedures in place in accordance with codes PD5500, ASME IX and PED 97/23/EC which covers all disciplines. This includes Design, Contract Control, Manufacturing, Welding and Non Destructive Testing. All pressure vessel contracts have design appraisal and manufacturing verification using independent authorities such as Lloyds Register and Zurich. All pressure parts are typically subjected to an on site Hydrostatic Test usually in the presence of a third party inspector.
